Inspired by the global HYROX fitness race, this class combines running intervals with functional strength movements to develop a strong engine, durable muscles, and mental resilience.
Each session follows a structured, purpose-driven format, balancing cardiovascular work with functional strength and conditioning stations. You’ll train movements that translate to real-world performance—pushing, pulling, carrying, hinging, squatting, and moving under fatigue—while learning how to pace, recover, and move efficiently.
Every class is coached by our certified team, with a strong focus on technique, safety, and progression. All workouts are fully scalable, so whether you’re new to hybrid training, building fitness from the ground up, or preparing for a HYROX event, you’ll be supported and challenged at the right level.
