CrossFit Kids (ages 13–18) is all about learning movement skills, building strength, and having a blast with friends. We take the same principles from our adult classes and adapt them to a fun, safe, and achievable format.
Your kids will develop coordination, fitness, and confidence—plus they’ll get to be part of a supportive crew from the start.
When: Monday & Wednesday afternoons during school terms
